It is indeed a great company to work with.For almost a year of working here,I must say a very satisfactory when it comes on how they run the company, on how they give appreciation and support to their caregivers as well as the clients they have and most especially on how they deal with some scenarios with caregivers in times of emergency situations.I am happy working in this company with very understanding doing stuffs and I'm looking forward to work more years with them. 'Coz I've never felt any hesitations of bringing up any opinions I have for they've been very open to many opportunities.

Home Instead provides the flexibility and catered 1:1 care that our family depends on. It's important to our family and we appreciate the on going support and for always trying to improve the care for our Mom. Thank you!

The staff at Home Instead understand the challenges of aging. My father has benefited greatly from the companionship they provide.The staff understand dementia and are an important part of the quest for quality of life that my father deserves.

What a wonderful company to work for. Kim has such a compassionate heart and cares so much for all of the staff. I would always recommend Home Instead Vancouver to any family or senior loved one who is in need or any caregiver who has a big heart and passion for care.

Home Instead came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed. They set up care on really short notice and brought in very professional aides. They are easy to contact, react very quickly and keep me in the loop on my relatives' care.
