Matthew and the staff at Community Plus are exemplary. They exhibit genuine care and compassion. They care about the client and the caregiver, providing support to the entire family. Donna is simply amazing with my husband and Matthew has provided us with more resources and information than we knew available. I am truly grateful to Matthew everyone at Community Plus. They made a vital and much needed impact in our lives and our well being. We are forever appreciative!! Thank you!

Thank you to all the wonderful time and love given to my grandmother. She was so pleased to have workers that cared so much. And our family is so grateful for how happy and well cared for she was. Thank you to all who helped look after her and assisted in making her feel comfortable and happy in her last months with us!

if you have a loved one who requires in-home care, let me tell you the place to go. I was charged with finding care for a senior lady who was assessed by VIHA as "needing 24-hour care". Having witnessed, over a six month period, live-in care provided by Matthew Lowe's company, Community Plus--Personal Care and Nursing, it is my recommendation you will not find a better care provider. In our situation, Community Plus employed a team of mature, professional and dedicated workers who treated my friend as if she were family. The staff were attuned to her needs and were carefully matched to fit with her personality. I most appreciated the limited number of staff (only four or five over the entire six months) as it gave my friend a chance to know each one and to be accepting of their help. Owner, Matthew, is loyal to his employees while accommodating the needs and wishes of his clientele. He personally saw to my friend's care (transferred her from hospital to home, purchased equipment to facilitate treatment, arranged for and accompanied her to doctor's appointments, kept in constant--long distance, no less--contact with me as overseer, and much, much more) and proved to me that I could recommend Community Plus to all who require assistance in keeping family members or friends in their homes. My 97-year-old friend wished to remain in her home all her days, and Community Plus allowed this wish to become a reality. In spades. Linda Hamilton, Vernon, BC

Looking for home care services for your loved one? Matthew and his compassionate teams quality of workmanship is unsurpassed. For many families this is a difficult time. Hard decisions are made, it can be confusing, frustrating and overwhelming. This wonderful team provides excellence in care and overall awareness of client needs. They will help your loved one ease into this unfortunate, inevitable chapter of life with integrity while keeping dignity intact. Peace of mind is going to sleep with the knowledge that your family is safe and well cared for. To these hardworking caregivers- keep up the fantastic work! I am in awe of all you do, words are not enough to express my gratitude towards your devotion and kindness. Thank you, so much!
