My parents Paul and Margaret moved into Seasons retirement home at 1730-10th Avenue South Lethbridge on September 4th. They had been living independently until their mid nineties. Due to some medical issues it was time for them to move into an assisted living facility. This would not come easily for them as they are very private and independent. We started looking for assisted living retirement homes in lethbridge. After many tours through various assisted living facilities in Lethbridge we always came back to Seasons Retirement at 1730 -10th Ave. South. My first contact was with Amanda van Aggelen who is absolutely the best at her job. She made us feel like part of the family and most of all made my parents feel very comfortable while viewing the facility. The staff are the best I have ever seen. They show compassion, caring and warmth for all residents. They actually treat each resident as a person and not a number. They are never to busy to stop and chat along with daily hugs for each resident and visitor. The facility is impeccably clean, which was given the thumbs up by my mother who in her own rights gives everything the white glove test. I can also give the meals and service 5 ***** rating because over my parents move in, and adjustment period I enjoyed multiple meals at the retirement home. I would highly recommend Seasons retirement at 1730 - 10th Ave South for anyone looking for an assisted living community. It is a smaller retirement home which allows for better service as well as a very caring environment. David Williams (Son of Paul and Margaret)
