My 90 year old Grandfather had an appointment for emg (nerve) testing today. He needs to drive in just over an hour from the Crowsnest Pass. The roads are extreme and unsafe due to current weather. The reception who took his call was rude and informed him if he can't make his rescheduled appointment then he will have to find a new doctor. Wake up and look outside! Given the place you work and the weather conditions you're living in: 1. Have some understanding and common sense. 2. Some compassion and etiquette would be appropriate here it's not like he's cancelled any previous appointments.

I am not to judge about this place, but I have been there probably four times to offer my service as a volunteer with no success. Most of the times the coordinators are not there and once I got him he took my information and told me he would contact me, which never happened. I have left my info several times at the front desk, but no reply. I even talked with the pastor, I guess he was the pastor there, he said he would let them know I have been there, but funny ..... he never asked for my name or number. Hey, I gave up and asked myself:"Do I really want to work here with these kind of people? Probably not." It makes me just sad for the patients in there .... who knows how they feel. Someone should take charge of this place and make some changes in the top rows.
