I am currently renting in amberwyn and I find it pretty good. The bathrooms are massive and the unit has tons of storage. I am pretty low maintenance so haven't needed anything. But it was super convenient to have use of the building dolly for move in. Seems to be a lot of new tenants I think they did a bad tenant purge a while back. Lots of elderly people, which makes for quite neighbors.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! They will not return your emails, they refuse to help elaborate on any vague invoices. I rented from Amberwynd Apartments in Spruce Grove, and please, save yourself the energy, do not rent from Stacey and Rod. They are two-faced and very unprofessional. These two individuals will blow smoke in your face just to appease your concerns, and after restless nights and waiting for change, they will leave you frustrated and bewildered. Amberwynd, in Spruce Grove, used to be a beautiful building, now the conditions are deplorable. Trying to get a hold of anyone in Ayre and Oxford is simply impossible. Emails will go unanswered, and the days turn into weeks, which in my case, have turned into months with no response. Ayre and Oxford is the definition of a slum management company who will do anything to receive your money- AT ALL COSTS!! Stacey and Rod at Amberwynd are no different. Do not be fooled. Safe yourself the money, the energy, and the headache. Look at renting anywhere else other than a building managed by Ayre and Oxford. P.S- I could not post my reply without having at least one star on my review. Ayre and Oxford and Amberwynd Apartments do not deserve my one star. UPDATE- Upon reaching Liz Gray, at Ayre and Oxford, the situation I wrote about above has been resolved. Please, if any old tenants at Amberwynd have had problems with Stacey and Rod, please, contact Liz Gray at Ayre and Oxford. She was very professional, and willing to help with my dispute against Stacey and Rod, these unaccountable building managers at Amberwynd Apartments.
