Fri 2017-11-17, 1:12 PM Hi Tisha , Since we metr you have shown little interest in answering my emails, any of them , or even acknowledgeing having read them,. I shall make this clear now , so that my time at Worthington can be focussed on visiting my mom. I don't believe I have shown any aggressive behaviour. Certainly I would have been severely reprimanded and or otherwise had my visitation restricted, seeing asd it seems the way you control family members behaviour is by limiting their access to loved ones without a a lot of consideration of the consequences to your patients and ewe both know how much attention you pay to my mom. To be clear I have observed the care team at Worthington misleading my sister as to how much care is afforded our mother. As well , deliberaste efforts are am,de to influence my sister towards doing things which wuld bring my mothers life to a quicker end seem to have priority over anything which would bring her securi ty and happiness aand hope. There is no dynamic care team . but instead a lactidosial group of unionized employess doing their best to do as little as possible and still bring ther best care possible to your clients. Unfortunatly those two things are not compatable , so I understand where misunderstandings occur between you and interested parties , such as my sister. So it is that I make this request of you concerning my mothers care, and that is that you carefully explain to my sister more fully, and specifically address the responsibility she has to accurately do what is best for our mother or see to it that she is given the best care or that which is most likely to improve her quality of life, and use whatever resources there are to accomplish this . She is to direct the care team in what she expects for mom and to see if that is within the scope of their contract and ability. We know it is within your ability to- greatly improve and supply the necessary care to bring out our mother best strengths, or to deny her your best efforts in helping her live a longer and better quality of ;life , by denying those things to her which enrich ones life in her age and condition. Yet if my sister does no request that you do so , I am afraid only your most minimum effort to fulfil your contract with us, as it applies to our mother. So I ask that you explain this or make certain this is explained and understood, by our sister Diane, in as much as I have outlined things accurately. Referring to the fact that you do NOT see mom personally everyday t check on how she is doing, as would have been,y sisters understanding in the early part of mom's initial arrival. I know this is her understanding because of her many facebook posts referring otr moms care at Worthington. Sincerely Dean Koponen My mom was allowed to suffer great pain and fear before sdhe die3d at their hands.
