Kim and the team at Home Instead are some of the most compassionate and caring people you'll ever meet. They really go above and beyond to provide care, comfort and dignity to seniors and their families. You're in excellent hands here :)

Our family has been extremely pleased with our association with Home Instead. The care givers to mom have been exceptional. Admittedly, it took a bit of organization to get a schedule and routine established for ongoing 24/7 care, but Cheryl and Susan were very accommodating and aimed to please with the scheduling. They made changes if requested and kept both my mom and the family informed. The family was impressed with the care giver communication between themselves and the office. I don't know how we would have managed over these last few months without the support and care provided by Home Instead. Mom refers to the care givers as "her girls" and they have become like family to her. Even today, as the caregiver Shari was assisting mom, she expressed interest and concern as to how I was doing at this point in mom's progressive illness. I was so impressed with the empathy and support, not only for mom, but also for the other family members. I am so thankful we chose Home Instead. The experience was very positive and I don't know how we would have managed mom's care without this agency. The service was quickly arranged once we knew of mom's pending discharge from hospital. That in itself was a relief to the family. Judy helped us to feel even more relaxed and relieved with our initial meeting to implement the care and from that point on we were never disappointed. The service exceeded our expectations. So many care givers (I won't list them all for fear of forgetting one) went above and beyond for mom. Over the last few months our family agrees almost daily that bringing in Home Instead to provide care for mom was the best decision ever and money well spent. Kudos to you all.
