As an elderly client of Bayshore I am very disappointed in their management over the last 2 years. Lots of very concerning issues fall on deaf ears when attempting to resolve with management. Their own staff consistently complain about their management. Extremely high turnaround rate of staff and there’s a reason for that. Unfortunately I cannot terminate my care with them as they are contracted by my health authority so I’m stuck with sub standard care. The management aren’t held accountable for any of their inactions. They answer to nobody so they can bully clients or their own employees. Their directors need to take a close look at their management team. Issues always start from top down. Clean the management and maybe Bayshore can earn their reputation back.

I'm stuck giving it a 1 Star . HomeCare nurses are amazing , dealing with schedule, quasi normal and never finite . Have a problem , throw the blame on client then flag them and defame their character as aggressive! Defiantly not client based where you address case manager at Frazer Heath care does not get completed correctly , lied to , and then stuck rearrange your personal life and have a rush of cortisone with added stress !Not very client based ! Yes agreed Google user bullied ! You would assume my Moms last years of her life would have some of her needs addressed and not in a constant hamster wheel dealing without lies ! Too much supercilious megalomania!I will be looking into self management care as a healthier option with less complications then a company that act like petulant victim . Disclaimer : Anyone wishing to associate with this , no such flattery was ever intended to this very mismanaged company that creates defamation and CAOS in our warm loving home !
