My Father has used the North Vancouver We Care office for several years. Through various levels of needs as his dementia has increased he has been able to stay in his apartment because of their support. The staff are fabulous, especially Paul has been so kind and patient as our needs have changed. I highly recommend them.

I use the Vancouver/Surrey office. Missed appts, no-shows, billing discrepancies - even when I contacted BC's regional office to complain, nothing has improved. Be warned - if you have a vulnerable loved one expecting care, their provider may never show up to feed them, bathe and give them the help they need because office staff continues to make dangerous mistakes. I love our caregiver Rose, but the company is a mess.

Absolutely horrible service since March. Phone calls go to voicemail. Emails are not going through. Still getting billed for services that stopped in March. Do not consider using this company at all. I only chose 1 star because I had too. I would put it at -10stars
