My father passed away and when we returned to grab his belongings from his room, we found dried vomit and blood on the floor. You'd think they would have cleaned that up out of respect for him and his family. They also rushed us to get his belongings out and often complained about his size and being difficult to move and care for. Some staff were very friendly and helpful while others were not.
