This has to be the worst facility I have ever encountered. Left my auntie who has ms and not capable of moving in bed for 20 hours two days in a row. Only One bath a week. Refuses care and service. Cannot believe this can even happen. Would never recommend anyone to bring their loved ones here. Absolute disgrace. Less than one star

My 95 year old father with a very failing memory was placed in this facility near the end of Feb/2O18. He will be transferred back closer to his family in Comox shortly. For the time my father was there, he was treated VERY well. He is a talker and craves conversation and not only did I witness attendants and aides and nurses sitting with him from time to time as i came in for a unannounced visit, I also found they 'looked after him' in other sweet and compassionate ways. He has only a few teeth so his meat was cut for him at meals. It was noticed he left the crusts of his bread, sandwiches and toast. After that observation those crusts were cut off for him before they brought him his meals. I and the entire Bieber family were happy and impressed by the level of care the Stanford Facility provided for my father. THANK YOU.
