Home health visits were always proffessional but personal. Pleasant people to work with.

I would not recommend this health care co for a dog. We called this co for help for our daughter who just had her leg amputated and the hospital in Bellingham listed this co to do the follow up for dressing changes, shower help etc. We phoned them and were told they would get back to us that afternoon or the next Am. Afternoon the next day, I called and asked for the fellow whom I had all the conversations with by the name of Paul and I asked what and when the would come. He answered curtly, they decided not to come or help. They weren't even going to call us back to notify us. This is the lowest quality co I have ever dealt with in Bellingham, I wouldn't recommend them to a dog. I have never in my 78 years found a more unprofessional co as this one. I wouldn't give them one star but needed it to write a review. I have notified St Joseph hospital to have them remove this zero co from their list. I would use signature health in a heart beat before I would even think of the name Eden. Take EDEN OFF your list for home health providers. (Their nurses are probably wonderful but their business administration and management needs retiring from this city.) I give Eden a minus 10 for reviews. Don't walk away from them......RUN! D.
