Regency suggests their independent living retirement resorts are much like being on a cruise ship. We concur, although we wake up in the same city every day! The resort is a lovely building, well maintained (thanks to Terry!), there are lots of activities (thanks to Christie), and meals are varied and well prepared (kudos to Exec Chef Peter). Best of all, all the staff are excellent, from the cleaning staff to the front desk and the management, and the outstanding mostly student servers, who are friendly, polite, and a pleasure to chat with.

I have had the pleasure of having my parents visit and stay at Westwood a number of times. They are contemplating a move from Saskatchewan to BC and have researched many companies and facilities in an effort to find the best option for them. Westwood has a “home” feel to it. The food was exceptional and the residents and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to any senior looking for a new “home” to enjoy.

Great place where you can trust your parents will be cared for and find friends.

When our plans suddenly changed due to a health issue, we chose to make new living arrangements geared to our senior years and needs. We had experienced many different parts of Canada, USA and Mexico during our working days and knew that the Okanagan Valley was the right choice to spend the rest of our lives. We visited several living facilities and leaned heavily toward the wonderful presentations and friendly reception we experienced from all the Regency Retirement Resorts available to us from Kelowna to Penticton. Having lived in West Kelowna, we visited WESTWOOD several times and found that the location, the facilities, the yummy lunches and most of all the very friendly staff who received us so professionally and graciously, made our decision very easy. We were lucky to have secured just the right suite and made the move quickly and easily. It was wonderful to arrive to a nice personal greeting sign welcoming us to our “New Home” and a very nice gift basket also. Three month have passed since that day and Allan and I just love our home! All our needs are met; meals, housekeeping, recreation and most of all the wonderful staff in every department. We feel like we belong to a great big family. Happy Seniors, Allan and Kristina Chase
