My Mom and Dad lived at Thornebridge for about 7 years. I cannot say enough good things: the staff is very caring, the facility is modern, clean and high-end, and the location is great with many things within walking distance. When my parents moved in they didn't need any extra services, but as time went by, they needed more. I was very pleased by the attention they got: For example I liked the way the staff followed-up if Mom/Dad didn't show up for a meal. After my Dad passed away, the staff worked hard to make my Mom comfortable and gave her many extra services that allowed her to stay there for as long as possible. I highly recommend Thornebridge for independent seniors.

If there was a -1 star, that is what I would assign to Thornbridge Gardens Administration. In particular to the General Manager. Numerous voice messages requesting a return phone call, has gone unanswered. One would expect that an establishment of this caliber, would excel in professionalism. Unfortunately, I am not at all surprised. When entering the establishment, one do expect to encounter at the very least, a senior member of the management team to be attired accordingly and equally as professional.
