I've worked with realcare for almost a year. There are pros and cons working in this agency. Pros: Some of the staff are really friendly and quite understandable. If they have enough hours to give you, you can almost have 80hrs bi-weekly at least . Cons: You are working all around the city, so don't expect that they will only send you in 1 or 2 facilities. They will give you short notice to work especially you are on call. And sometimes they will call you , sometimes not. You are also required to be on call in some of the days. And need to have a wkend shift. They don't let you work in any other agencies. Even though you only get few hrs of work. You fill in your monthly availability then they will question you put a wk without work. They won't let you on vacation anytime you want even though you all put your availability. They don't give you any reference if you asked one. So never expect you will get 1. Even you work for them for quite sometime already.

I have worked for Realcare Inc. since July 2014. I Absolutely love my job. Realcare Inc. is like my second family. The love and support I get from the entire team is just amazing. Working for someone like Elba Haid is like working for your Best Friend, Mother, Sister, Aunt, and Grandmother all rolled into one. She has a huge heart and a place for every one of her staff in it. Accepting a job at Realcare Inc. was the best decision I ever made.

absolutely worst company to work for. they will hire you right away and harass you. that is why no one sticks there and they are always in need of workers. the owner acts like a dictator. no cooperation from the staff. i would stay away and work for some other agency.
