The Care Home staff, including kitchen staff and cleaners, were friendly and helpful. The Care Home is clean and bright and the food for clients looked good. There was a Catholic Mass in the Care Home which clients could attend. It seemed like there were also volunteers who helped, including a visit by a pet. My visit was brief but very positive. The clients seemed happy and well cared for.

Our mom has been at the St Norbert Personal Care Home for a number of years and the attention she has received is exceptional in every way. During regular twice-weekly visits we have not had a single issue with the superb staff. Even more important is the fact that our mom agrees in every way that it is a wonderful facility with the very best staff imaginable. Five stars. And our sincere thanks.

I’d like to resubmit my response from earlier, I was not made aware of the entire situation and have been informed I was incorrect and would like to offer my apologies. The level of service was added to help my grandfather through a particularly challanging time, a great level of care and consideration to the workers directly handling my grandfather has been greatly notated. Thank you

Horrible place. We were there last June just to see what it was like. Management are extreme snobs. I believe a lady named Kim is in charge and she looks like a snob and super unnaproachable even before you talk to her. Very unimpressed. The other staff members seemed okay, but we didnt really talk to many (we were only there on a short personal tour to check the place out). Definitely glad we didn't chose this facility for my Nana. I also was blown away by the heat. In mid summer the facility inside was so much hotter than outside. yuck. My Dad, Aunt and I were sweating. I just recently went to the facility with a friend from work (i wanted to see if this time things seemed different and if we were possibly a little quick to judge after the first visit) to see her Great Aunt who has been in there for a few years now and nope! Nothing changed. That crabby lady is still in charge and the heat (although i realize its winter out) was still way too high. She said every time she has visited it is always hot like that and that is why her Great Aunt doesn't usually leave her room which has a fan too often. She also said Key is to visit in the evenings because management are no longer in office and the vibes just seem to be so much better. We got my grandmother into Poseidon personal care home and it has been wonderful. Dodged a bullet not choosing this poorly ran dump! Phewph.
