Apparently grandpas are not immediate family even though i was looking after three year old while her sister was born i was told she could come visit any time but i could not go till 2pm and only 2 people in room at a time. Im sorry but very stupid for people do work and others come out of town and some have more than two people, as does my son. I was also removed from hospital while she was giving birth for her friend and dad were in the room. I even asked the nurse if i could just sit outside the room to hear my grandbabies first cries. I then ask another nurse if i could get the chair to sit on she said sure, very shortly after security was there and told me i had to leave yet not one nurse said no i could not stay in hospital. Now i cant even go see her till after 2 and i have to work. They would not even let me take the 3 year old up her dad had to come and get her. How stupid the birth is suppose to be a wonderful event were family can share together. Brent you may want to look at your so called policies, for the ones you have in place really ruins a wonderful family moment, my son wants me there and your nurses are refusing. They also were going to stop labor for a second time and start again in morning i asked how long do they do that for and was told they have done it up to 5 days, really i said not good for baby or mom she doesnt get to eat during that time so is weak by the time to push and baby is getting the same drugs pumped it her as mom is. They are babies little humans not lab experiments to see how long one can do this before child or mother are in trouble. So no this is not what i call a good hospital, and honestly brandon or even neepawa treats people much better and do not make the most wonderful moment a horror story.
