A Wonderful Place for Seniors We’ve had the pleasure of working with Susie and the entire team at The Parkway Retirement Home, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. From our first interaction, it was clear that the well-being of the residents is their top priority. Highlights: - Compassionate Staff: The team is not only professional but genuinely cares for each resident. Susie, in particular, goes above and beyond to ensure that families feel supported and informed. - Engaging Environment: The facility offers a variety of activities that cater to various interests, fostering a vibrant community where residents can thrive socially and emotionally. - Beautiful Accommodations: The living spaces are well-maintained and designed with comfort in mind, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both residents and visitors. - Peace of Mind for Families: As realtors, we often help families find the right retirement solutions, and The Parkway is always at the top of our list. Knowing our clients are in such capable hands gives us confidence in our referrals. If you’re looking for a caring and supportive environment for your loved ones, The Parkway Retirement Home is an excellent choice! Gill & Diane Tyrrell Sutton Group-Kilkenny Real Estate

Working with the team at The Parkway feels like a natural fit for our company. As organizations committed to serving seniors with the highest standards of care, our values and approach to service align closely. This shared philosophy allows us to support our clients with ease and confidence as they transition from their family home to the next exciting chapter of life at The Parkway. From the exceptional amenities available to residents to the warm hospitality of Susie, Whitney, and the entire team, The Parkway truly is a wonderful place to call home. The welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community create a culture that makes it a very special place to live.

This management company gives me “used car salesman” feels. One star rating for wasting my time trying to find out what the rents are for the various sizes of independent living suites. I don’t want to have to give my personal details & contact info just to see costs.

I would highly recommend this lovely retirement Community. All the staff are very attentive and caring, and couldn't be more supportive. They have so many events, that they plan monthly, to celebrate all special occasions! They also offer so many different types of activities and outings, on a weekly basis. The meals are wonderful, and serve by very friendly, well hired staff. The building is very well maintained, and the outdoor space is a lovely area to walk, or just sit and enjoy the great outdoors. This is a excellently run retirement community, and both my parents really enjoyed living in such a warm and caring environment! Thank you to all the caring staff, for ALL that you do!!

If I could give the place minus stars I would. Do not trust the staff or this place. My father was set to move in. He sadly passed away prior to moving in. I am the only next of kin and live in California. The staff took forever to get back to me, then demanded I provided paperwork that was unable due to the circumstances. No long story short is they are trying to collect 2 Months rent from a dead man who never even moved in and they are trying to keep the move-in deposit too. Whitney is a crook with no empathy and should not be trusted. Find somewhere else for your loved ones.
