That cute little elf Leprechaun man who works in the boiler room ,Mr Billy Morey is a legend and a hard worker and a celebrity in my mind . he is like a jolly Santa clause like grandpa who everyone knows and loves who goes above and beyond to keep the building running smoothly and maintain it . He loves to greet people with a smile .sadly he is far better and more compassionate / competent with the residents than almost all of the nurses and PCAs on staff combined , Mark rice is very accommodating and wants the best for his site . It’s cozy and homelike . parts of the east west side have character and charm like an old catholic boarding school where you have to wear uniforms ! Lol Great Auxiliary foundation and director who go above and beyond , it has no central air conditioning which is almost unsafe and very unhealthy for the residents . It’s stiffening and hard to breath in the summer , eastern health needs to retrofit it to use a chiller and cooling tower to produce cool air and circulate it throughout the ductwork . To keep the residents healthy and safe . They don’t use restraints which is truly Humane and gives the patients dignity , very good food in the Dinning room , but I will say some Awful nurses work there , who abuse the patients . It also is a very fire safe building with lots of fire doors an overkill fire alarm system , fully equipped with plans and fire sprinkler . I recommend this place if they get some better nurses :)
