Hell on earth. No staff Supervision, residents are left alone-many falls, the food is horrible and not enough to sustain an adult. New administrator hides in office. New DON cannot handle all problems alone. All long time staff has left including nurse supervisors and the few who remain are looking to get out. DO NOT SEND FAMILY HERE RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY. Most full time staff gone, they only hire Per-Diems, LPNs working double shifts then asked to do third, becuse they cant get coverage-. No one wants to work there. Even Kitchen staff has left. Late shift Nurse Supervisor doesn't have enough of experience. Mortality rate at this facility is on the rise for lack of care. Do not waste your time reporting to the Health Department, they cover there're tracks on self-reports. Rise in negligence- patients getting sepsis for sitting in urine soaked adult diapers for long periods and abuse by certain Aides. Unfortunately cannot rate -0.This facility should have all new intake shut down, if you have family here look to send them some place else FAST!

I'm so lucky to find this facility; Staff including social worker and administrator are very nice people there. Reception ladies are always welcoming me with a kind attitude. Location is not too far from our family. They are hosting some events for family and caregiver where I could interact with other workers. My dad has been staying less than one year. They pay attention to my requests if it is needed. Problem is that there are not enough staffs to take care residents over 180 beds. This is why it takes time until they are served. My dad is sometimes frustrated for the reason that his errands take more time than expected.

I spent almost an hour trying to reach a client who was admitted this past week. I was transferred several times, each time the phone would ring and ring and ring, and then I could hear the transfer again. At one point, someone gave me my client's extension number. Wrong extension. I eventually reached my client. She said it is terrible there. Someone has taken her walker. She is at Bethel for rehab, to improve her ambulatory ability. Rather difficult to do without a walker, so she is stuck in a wheelchair.

staff were caring and wonderful. Physical and occupational therapists were terrific. Wish there were more activities. Treated my mom and dad very well.

For people considering employment. I went for an interview here after being called and invited. When I went, the lady they set me up with legit had no clue I was coming, made me wait almost an hour, came out confused and took me to her office behind a door next to the receptionist desk and kept pausing and making it completely awkward because she clearly wasn't expecting me and had absolutely no tact to make it a pleasant interview. Someone in the office even knew and recognized me and gave her and the staff a great upfront review of me but she treated me like I had no business being there. Highly unprofessional honestly get it together.
