Stay far away from this company! They are absolutely terrible. They keep saying they’re gonna call back they never called back. I keep talking to people they keep telling me to call it a certain time and they still don’t have an answer when someone’s going to show up. My mother has now been without any assistance for four days. This company should not even be in business!!!!! I’m now contacting another company because I don’t even trust my mom will even get the best care !!!

After a total hip replacement in July, VNSNY provided one follow-up from a nurse (he was so nice) who pronounced me ready for PT visits, also through VNSNY. The first PT guy who came to the house was mostly concerned with making sure the home was safe for me in terms of potential tripping/falling hazards, very enlightening and helpful. After that, it was wonderful to have Mohamed teach me increasingly challenging exercises to stretch and build muscle around the new joint. I found all the nurses and Physical Therapists to be friendly, professional and prompt. Very impressive service!

Hi VNS social media its me, the home visit geriatrician who you have block on other platforms. Your general council knows me to because I have also reported you to DOH more than a dozen times. 1. There is something new wrong with your phone system. Calls are disconnected midsentence or while on hold 80% of the time in the last 2 weeks leading to needing to make 3 calls instead of 1 and having to start over each time with the confirming every pimple that the patient has instead of just the name and DOB. 2. Just stop billing Medicare for episodes of care that you have no verbal orders for. 3. Just stop your field PTs from ordering equipment under Medicare when you have no verbal order for the episode of care AND that PT decides he can do so without speaking to me. 4. Thats funny Ms Cornwell's husband can not be the next of kin if he died 8 years ago. Something wrong with your fancy electronic chart or the people who use it? 5. Field nurses should not call any physician for suggestions requiring a formal change or such as can I send a speech therapist when they don't even have orders for the episode of care. Thats cart before horse. 6. Don't continue to fax me orders (6/15) and call for them (6/15) for home care when the family actually refused your services on 5/21. You billed for that patient I am sure of it. 7. Because a nurse (re)opened an episode of care on 6/11 without a verbal order and its still open in the Medicare system despite the fact that Lisa Miller-Farmer told the patient on 6/13 that she wasn't coming back and told me on 6/15 that she had discharged the patient from the "HBAN" the patient is PREVENTED from getting physical therapy from an independent home PT provider because she still appears as on CHHA services in the Medicare system. So fix that 5/29/1923 team 12. Pull yourself out of the toilet.
