My Mom received care at Saint Vincents that was second to none. The staff on the 5th floor are kind, caring, compassionate people. My Mom was content being there. Our family was always kept informed of any changes in my mother's health. My Mom passed away as a result of her dementia but she did so in a peaceful and respectful way. Thank you Saint Vincents for your kindness to our family.

Anyone with a loved one at this home should know that there are some really great care workers there but there is also negligence and abuse happening at this nursing home. Make sure you make frequent visits and ask questions about bruising, etc. Make sure you report any disturbing incident to the Protection for Persons in Care

My father lived at St Vincents for almost 2 years before he passed away this year. I can't say enough about the staff on the 4th floor that looked after him. They were so caring, friendly and took my fathers health very seriously. At times he could be very difficult and the staff never batted an eye and still treated him kindly. They always made sure to keep me updated and always took the time to talk to me when I had concerns or needed support. I never worried about my dad and thank the staff for everything they did.

Would give a Zero star if it had the option. My grandpa was only in there for a few days and another patient tried to assault my grandpa here today; they were separated on different floors for a little bit and then a few hours later my grandpa was placed back in a situation where he could be assaulted by the same person and was shoved down to the floor and had his hip broken. The staff are incompetent and negligent..
