We have used Home Instead for our dads care for many years.
We started with part time care. 3 hrs in the morning 3 hrs in the evening. Before long, dads health started to decline to where we had to go to 12 shifts.
After many tripps to the emergency department we desided as a family it was time for 24 hr care. As dads health declined further we had no other option. As my sister and I both work full-time.
Our dad passed away Oct 29 of this yr. However, the care and compation we received for the care workers , was nothing short of amazing.
Near,what we now know would be the last 6 weeks of dads life. All of the girls (and guys) were wonderful.
There were two girls in particular that really touch our hearts . Tammy & Robyn, who looked after our dad, they treated him with the respect and the dignity he deserved.
The office staff had always been great. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Most times with little notice . I would definatly recommend this company to Anyone, if the need arises again we will use them again.
So for the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all you have done to care for dad in his final days. It will not be forgotten♥️
