Our family has been very pleased with the care my Mom is receiving at Woodhall. The building is very clean, the food is great and there are lots of beautiful sitting areas to visit. The staff are very caring. There are so many social programs offered every day, always something for everyone. My grandmother lived at Woodhall for over 8 years, so we decided to follow the tradition and my parents moved in there.

In 2016 our family had to make a choice on where our mother would live. She chose Woodhall Park Retirement Village and not once have any of us ever regretted the decision. This is mom’s forever home. As her dementia progresses and she needs more help and reminders, the staff smile and assist. I had mom out recently for a minor surgical procedure. I brought her home around 8pm and the nurse came to the door, reached for mom’s arm and rubbed it while I gave her an update. They then walked to mom’s room chatting away. I have never felt such peace knowing she is safe, she is happy and she is loved. I’d give Woodhall a thousand stars if I could.

Woodhall has very compassionate staff who ensure that residents get the best care possible. In addition the CEO is very down-to-earth and makes such great efforts to continue to deliver high quality services to all residents and their families. I like that Woodhall has very clean, quiet areas where family can sit and socialize with their loved ones such as the sun room, under the Gazebo, out at the from of the building, as well as other areas. I especially like the wellness area because its beautiful with nice furniture and plants and residents can relax and have their feet cared for.

They said that they would and could take care of my loved one that needed a lot of care. They did not. They should not have accepted them. Waste of time and lots of money.

After a six week stay in the hospital I was advised to find a retirement home for my Dad which they called a 50 day trial after which I could find a permanent place for Dad to be cared for. My husband and I went to several “homes” and we were appalled by most. Our last appointment happened to be Woodhall Retirement Village. From the moment we walked in the door and started meeting the staff and seeing so many happy, healthy and obviously well cared for residents we were pretty much decided, this is were Dad belongs!! We were given a tour and of this very clean and cheery residence. I noticed an activity board and was in awe of all the activities for each and everyday, including outdoor excursions!! I also noticed the plaque of long term employees going back 30 years. So we made the decision to do the 50 day trial. Now 4 years later our Dad remains at Woodhall and has flourished!! We are forever grateful to every single person who are employed by this wonderful facility!! I highly recommend this “family oriented “ retirement home. God Bless You All.....
