This is the worst place ever!! Do not leave your loved ones here!! Although there are a couple of caring nurses and psw’s, there are more worse ones that neglect the residents, they are lazy and can’t be bothered. Jamil did not provide good information. She advised we could make the rooms like they’re home and bring in a mini fridge if we’d like. We brought it all the way there and to the door only to find out we need to submit a request for the fridge. We submitted the request and no response. They are all fake and insensitive. My mom asked for help to put shorts on under her skirt and the psw actually told her she wasn’t going to help her. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES AWAY FROM HERE!!

Honestly, I've never encountered with these many rude people in my life. When I asked a question to the charge nurse, she didn't even look at my face, and just handed me over a paper. I guess, being polite has nothing to do with the level of formal education. I've been to a few Revera to notice this is actually their culture. You should select better your employees or provide training on how to be polite 101.

I have been a staff at HVT for over a year casual/ part time now as one of the Activation Aides. It has been a great place to learn and grow from professionals who are passionate about working at the home and giving it there all to care for the residents in each department. Every staff is unique and works hard to make sure this home is a place of peace and comfort for the residents.

Recently, I was given a tour of the facility by Jamille. She was very friendly and informative. The tour seemed unrushed and Jamille enthusiastically answered each question and concern. I am certain this home would be nearly perfect for my father. All the homes I toured were still restricted by Covid policies; however, Jamille did an excellent job. I would like to Thank her for her time!

I did my placement in this facility from January to April in year 2019. I wanna to thanks my supervisor Deepa Cherian and other staff members , doctors, nurses and residents who is the part of this facility. I always thankful to them because I learned so many things and important aspects throughout this training . In my opinion, they always give their best to complete or fulfils their residents needs and staff members also work more hard to make this place better for seniors. I wish u very best for all of u guys who is the part of this facility.
