Although the PSW’s and nurses are very kind, if your loved one ends up with a medical problem while here, do not expect it to get better. Also expect for your requests (for medical purposes) to take weeks. Do not come here if your loved ones are vulnerable to many medical problems.

This place is very unorganized and very unsympathetic place. I've seen residents sitting there neglected. If they think that they don't like some resident, they'll try to put them out blaming them for something.

They are very disorganized and have no procedure for admitting new residents. The hallways are overcrowded with wheelchairs, linen carts and all sorts of other equipment. The rooms are run down. There are tripping hazards in the gathering room(tiles are coming up from the floor). The online tour/youtube video is misleading, go see the place in person if you can arrange it. If anybody is considering this place for a loved one but have alternatives or time to wait for another long term care facility to become available id recommend another place

The activation department is amazing. They take the extra steps to ensure their residents are involved and have a variety of programs.
