Patients seem to go downhill so much faster as soon as they show up here. The atmosphere is very depressing and the staff seemed to only pay attention to your loved one if a family member is visiting. I saw staff lose a patient and I had to tell them where she went. I also saw staff laugh at an older woman because they couldn't understand what she was saying. They literally don't care about the patients, find another long term facility, trust me. Take a tour and see how the people without visitors are treated too.

My mom is in the convalescent care section. The staff is very caring, compasionate and helpful. Mom says the food is excellent and being a former nutritionist I would think she would know. Only negative thing is inadequate parking.

My father spent 3 month's to heal a broken leg verry carrying staff....tells me he likes the food...and a special liking to Chris....no parking but you can park at the church with a note from the lodge..!

This place is horrible. My family member was still walking, eating, toiletting when he was admitted. He was gone within half a year. Within those couple of months, he deteriorated exponentially and very unexpectedly. The only reason why I would give this place two stars is that they serve Chinese meals.

WORST SENIOR CARE EVER WITNESSED!!! My visit with my diabetic grandmother was rudely interrupted by a male nurse talking on the phone. Without acknowledging anyone in the room, he grabbed her finger and tested her blood sugar (while still in the phone). When she asked for the reading, he simply ignored her and walked away! At the time I was paralyzed by disbelief, but if I could go back in time, I'd slap that phone out of his hand and spit on the hairless melon he uses for a head. Here's the scariest part - if the nurses treat our loved ones like that when we're there, what happens when we're away?
