Great nursing home

Dec 22, 2014
Wow a friend of mine has Volunteered 3 years at the glen stor dun lodge 3 days a week and is very deadicated. I was shocked when he told me that a flue broke out and they never even bothered to call him they just let him run in for nothing then when he got there said go back home sorry no one could be bothered to call you and let you know what was going on. I was thinking of volunteering there too but not after this. Seems like this place has no respect for Volunteers either. Maybe its time people stop volunteering if this is how they are treated. This does not look good for the glen stor dun lodge. It is sad that all volunteer places in Cornwall all end up the say way No Respect for their Volunteers. He does not know im posting this he will be mad if he finds out. But I think people need to know how volunteer really works its not all respect like it should be.
