I opened a support ticket to let them know that I was unable to register an account on their website. They replied with 'Go to our website" So I cancelled my plan and couldn't even get a reference number from the tech I spoke to. It just feels like a shabby business overall.

BrightStar was first-rate. They answered my call Sunday morning, showed up Monday for an assessment, and sent someone Tuesday. The assessment nurse even helped out while she was there, which I really appreciated. I had two support workers, one who came right away the first week and one after that, and both were quick, friendly and professional - nice people. The BrightStar nursing manager helped me by personally delivering useful equipment and even installing one that I couldn't manage myself. They were very responsive and practical as well as sympathetic. Throughout my recovery from a broken ankle it was important to feel I had backup and resources (medical equipment, etc), and BrightStar gave me that. I dealt with 5 people there and they were all excellent. If I were ever to need help again, I would definitely call them first.

It doesn’t work at all. They are not in this location anymore and they didn’t even declare it!!! I bought a device protection plan from Fido and this brightstar company was the third party company which was supposed to cover repair of my device, and after more than five times of calling them and visiting this empty office as I said before, my device isn’t fixed yet!!! It has been a worthless procedure for me! Do not repeat such a mistake!!!

Incredible service is all I can say. My siblings and I had been trying to take care of our Dad who has dementia. It got too much for us and so I hired BrightStar Care to provide that support. I hired them specifically because they have specially trained caregivers who specialize in dementia care. The caregiver they sent was fantastic! She was compassionate, patient and so understanding and even though my Dad is not very communicative, I could see that he clearly enjoyed being with her. She brought him calmness that we hadn’t seen in a while. And that has given me and my family peace of mind knowing that he is being taken care of so well. My eternal thanks to the great folks at BrightStar Care. I would recommend them to anyone in need of home care support. Christina

Fantastic experience with BrightStar. I called on a Sunday for help on a Tuesday. The staff was helpful, kind and courteous. Everything was seemlessly arranged. The nurse they sent was excellent. I would highly recommend
