Staff here is rude and nasty, will do nothing to help you if you needed it. They are too busy sitting around wondering what bar they’re going after work. Completely unprofessional facility!!

They’re always extremely short staff Management Does not give a damn the food is horrible some patients doesn’t even get nothing to drink on there trays patients barely gets showers they always always does not have briefs they constantly run out I’d love to see new Management if they place can get ran right because they have majority good CNA’s and nurses they’re over worked by working with 18 or more patients on Dayshift and Afternoons they deserve a majority pay increase

My grandma was released when she was not ready. She also was told a week before she was released she has a kidney infection and was not put on an antibiotic with that being said she got weak which is why she couldn't lift her self up to walk and was not able to stand on her own once we got her home we ended up having to put her back in the hospital. They also left her in a wheel chair for 3 plus hours when she had bad sores on her bottom (which started to heal before hand) when I went to pick her up we had to wait a few hours so I asked for help to get her back in bed and had a staff member throw a mini tantrum. This place is Extremely unprofessional and rude and does not care about its patients I 100% believe they need to be shut down. 95% of the time that you need a nurse or other staff member they are no where to be found. It also smells like pee as soon as you walk in which is a sign that they are not changing Patients as needed.

My Grandmother is a patient at your facility. She has lymphoma and dementia and is bedridden and my mother is very ill as well and she is my grandmother's guardian. My Grandmother has been in your facility for over 6months and her care there has been horrible. We have complained and complained and nothing has changed. You are understaffed and your employees are overworked. My grandmother's blood/sugar levels were at 68 today and if my mother wouldn't have went up there today, my grandmother could've died. This is unacceptable! You guys need to hire and train staff members that care. These guys are working two halls. My grandmother's hall has approximately 17 beds and only 1 staff for two halls. Outrageous!

Would not put my dying animal in this place.
