I have visited this nursing and rehabilitation facility numerous times in the last two years. It's always a pleasant experience, I have worked closely with Katrice in social services who has been caring and showed compassion, when taking care of residents needs. GREAT staff.

This place is horrible. my fathers room was a mess the toilet broke and when i asked to have it fixed i was told someone would be right there to fix it and no one came over and over i asked. I ended up bringing a plunger and fixing it myself the next day. My father wasn't bathed i did it repeatedly. We were told we had three days to find another place because of insurance with absolutely no help from the social worker I had no clue where to start let alone three days to do it the only advice i got was we can pay out of pocket to keep him there. When we were told that we had three days the people from therapy just walked right by the room looked in and kept walking. When i asked how come my poor father wasn't getting his therapy i was told they thought he was released when i clearly seen them walk by and look into his room. As a caring therapist wouldn't you ask how come he's not getting therapy. On the third day we were more then happy to pull him out of there so at 8am we were there to get him and they kept him all day to get released we didn't get him out of there till after 6 and now I'm getting a bill to pay for the last day that they kept him there for. I talked with with other family's while i was there and they all had their own horror story's. If you have to get help with a loved one I beg you PLEASE find any other place then Medilodge your loved one deserves better.

I had to put a 1 cause you can't put a ZERO.. My Mom had to be rushed to the hospital because they left her in the chair all night WITHOUT OXYGEN...The Fireman was the one that noticed her hooked up to the tank that was shut off on the back of the wheelchair... terrible... Mom tried getting their attention as the nurses would walk by, she said they would put their heads down and walk on by... Try going without oxygen all night.... Terrible...I would never recommended this place.. GO ASK THE TAYLOR FIRE DEPARTMENT WHAT THEY THINK AND HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAVE TO GO THERE... NOT GOOD...😤 And you are ALWAYS short staffed...
