I give this place zero stars. I have never seen a place this bad. My husband was here two days and I got him the hell out. They stand around talking, they are unprofessional and clueless. I wouldn't bring a wild animal to this place. My husband wasn't changed after he had vomit on his robe and sheets. I had to go there and talk to the clueless staff. I pity any patient who can't talk or help themselves because this definitely is not the place to be. It smells awful and looks like a funeral home.

My uncle was at Beaumont Dearborn and we were told by the case manager that we had to look for Rehab placement. After reading the reviews for Regency online I was a little skeptical about placing him there. But I am sure glad I did. I have nothing but good things to say about that place. The nurses and aids took very good care of my uncle. Very clean facility, and the therapy was great. My uncle had no complaints whatsoever. I'm hoping my uncle wont need rehab again for a long time, but if he does, we will definitely be choosing Regency.

My mother has been at Regency for a few months now, and I have nothing bad to say about the facility. When my mother first arrived we had a few minor concerns, but they were addressed immediately. Tammy the unit manager on the rehab unit is great. Any problems that we had, she made sure that they got fixed.

Compare to other places it's great. Doesn't matter where you go, if you want good care for loved ones you have to show you gonna visit often, and best way bring breakfast

I really enjoy being here. The staff has been nothing but nice to me. When I ask for help the staff is more than willing to help me. Especially Serran, she is just a kind lady! Everyone I have met who works in the offices always have a smile on their face. I feel at home here.
