My uncle walked out his room and told the nurse that his sugar was dropping the nurse told him ok I will check on you, she never came back until 5 hours later and found him dead. He was 31 years old. He could walk and talk, so imagine if your love one can’t. They leave Patients in rooms for hours yelling for help. People in wheel chairs for hours head hanging over. Many times my uncle would call my mom to bring him food because they forgot to feed him or didn’t know he returned from the hospital and didn’t make him a plate. The Lied on every record to cover up they allow Corey Bailey to die. This place was told over and over about his condition and they did not care. Now we are left hurting because they failed to train their staff. I hope the nurse who let him lay in that room for hours alone and die. I hope your family die. And the manger staff there too I hope someone let there family lay their and die

OMG!!! I came broken and afraid.. they helped me reach my potential, the loving commitment of the staff under the leadership of Donna and Patrice is top notch although the place is huge it feels like one to one there’s a inside culture of care that’s really cool. Oh yeah... I work here.. and pray I’m there forever. I can really say they exceed expectations and the facility is beautiful. The only problem is there is always an excuse to meet and eat and eat.. as the staff always have positive reasons to gather not good for my girlish figure.;) and don’t let them light up the grills in the back... yummy.. I wish the leaders could clone themselves then everyone could have what I see everyday... Imperial... it’s way worth it!! Come see us..

My dad was a resident for 1 yr. Some of the staff are very professional and caring but others are there for a paycheck. My dad would miss meals because he was feed in his room which I requested that they not do. The facility is under staff. Residence would sit in the main dining area waiting for someone to pass out the trays. I move my dad from here after the was rushed to the hospital for choking. The aide gave him water to drink which only mafe things worst. This is not the place foe your family member if they are unable to speak up for themselves. FYI I visited my dad on regular basis and observed the lack of concern for residence that needed assistant.

I’ve been to several facilities and this one is very nice. I was greeted with smiles. I found the staff to be caring and friendly.
