The care provided caused my uncle to have a huge decline. I was not pleased at all. My family and I decided to go with another organization in Windsor and they made such a big difference for the better. Not a good fit for my poor uncle.

As the owner of Amys Helping Hands I pride myself on providing the best care for our clients. We are not a franchise rather we are an independent company founded on family values and truly want to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors. Our caregivers are some of the best in the industry and they are extensively trained. We employ a diverse group of caring individuals to meet the different needs of our clients. Regardless of the caregivers previous training or designation, they must all successfully complete our training program which ensures that our employees have standards and conduct themselves in a caring and professional manner. Rates are very competitive in the industry and are actually less than the typical home health company. Services are also very flexible in meeting the needs of families and our senior clients. The response and the feedback that we have received through our continuous monitoring and quality control has been excellent. I take great pleasure and satisfaction from the new smiles on the faces of our clients and family members that sign up for our services.
