Home Instead has provided ongoing care for my parents since 2010. Because of Home Instead's high level of compassionate care my parents have been able to maintain their independence while continuing to live in their own home. Home Instead caregivers have consistently treated my parents with respect and dignity. Home Instead's owners, Colleen and Ryan, have helped us through many difficult situations.

I am so grateful to the people Home Instead has assigned to my 97-yr-old father. I live out of town and it is so heart-warming to come to visit and find him clean, shaved, dressed in clean clothes and happy. They keep his apartment clean and pick up supplies and treat him with respect and gentle kindness. They leave me notes every visit that keep me up to date on his well-being. I couldn't ask for better care.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the care, empathy and professionalism of this company. My father who had many health issues passed away 5 months ago and was superbly taken care of for several years. His 3 children unfortunately lived hours away from him so 90% of his care was left to the company. They went well above and beyond our highest expectations, driving him to many, many medical appointments, sitting in on those appointments (which was necessary since English was not my dad's first language), relaying that information to us and setting up new appointments. As I said in my father's eulogy "You not only made sure he got to each and every medical appointment...visited him in the hospital and checked up on him going well and beyond what we had asked you to do. You did it all in a professional, compassionate way. We could not have made it without you."

Our family has been pleased with the service that Home Instead provides. The agency is quick to respond to any concerns we may have. The caregivers are kind and compassionate with Mum and engage her in conversation and various activities to ensure she is stimulated when we are not there. It gives our family peace-of-mind to know Mum is well cared for and that Home Instead team is always looking out for her best interests.

We have had excellent help for my husband with the same girl for a year, unfortunately for us she returned to resume her studies. We have now welcomed a new care taker for my husband and again it is working out. The staff in the office have been very helpful. Thank you to all the staff
