Great medical care here. They are clean and interact decently with the patients. My father's been there a month and so far the only downside is the food is cold.

My brother-in-law was in several nursing home before goung into Four Chaplains. The staff were the most attentive and caring people. They took the best care of him. They kept us abreast of any situation in a timely manner. The home itself was clean and well taken care of. This one of best nursing home in our atea

My mother was a patient here in 2018 for pt after a lenthly hospital stay. My first impression when i seen the place I wasnt impressed at all. But I have to say that the quality of care my mother received was impressive and they kept the place clean. If my mom ever needs care from this type of facility again she will go back there.

A friend of mine is there at the moment and I am impressed with the place. The staff seems to care and is friendly and helpful. True, it is not fancy but the care is what's important. If I ever need care I wouldn't mind being there, esp. since I have lived in the neighborhood for over 40 yrs

I trusted this place and still would if my own Mother would not of come there after a Hospital stay through Hospice. They will not tell you. But they automatically cut medications in half. Even if they have been stabilized. They will not tell you this. Also , it will be left to whatever nurse that is on duty if she/he feels that it is needed. Unfortunately my Mother of 90 W COPD had a nurse that wasn't comfortable giving my MOTHER PAIN Meds...So when I came back the next morning I heard my Mother Screaming from down the hall, the best she could anyway. That nurse lied to me then and avoided me for 5 hours! My Mother spent one of her lasts days in pain because of her! Do Not Go There For Hospice! Their staff is great for rehab, awful for comforting the dying!
