I need help finding my wife's wedding rings! While visiting my Grandmother before she would pass, I brought my children in to see her one last time. My wife changed the kids in the lobby washroom where she left both her engagement and wedding ring behind. A very short time later, seen on camera, a maintenance worker entered, certainly haven taken the rings... before my wife returned in haste to search for them. This happened on June 18, 2023. Any assistance in finding where the rings were sold - no questions asked - would be very helpful. If we can track down just her engagement ring we would be forever grateful. Thank you for any help! Terrible place. Nurse Crystal Is by far the least empathetic person I have ever met. I’m not sure how she got her nursing degree I’m not even sure why she chose this path. Completely lacks any nursing skills or people skills.

I admit I have not got much experience visiting homes like this but at first appearance the centre gives you a lodge style impression. Large wooden beams at the front of the building remind me of Grear Wolf Lodge. There was plenty of signage about covid restrictions and guidance. The lobby has a head temperature scanner, no need to bother with a hand held thermometer. Just put your head in the outline and the screen provides feedback and displays your body temperature. Its very fast. From there you press the intercom and communicate with the staffer inside the glass doors. You can see them through the doors. They ask the standard covid questions. You are required to provide proof of 2 covid vaccination shots along with ID which it to be expected to protect loved ones and staff alike. The inside of the building looks a bit and feels a bit like a resort. Each wing of rooms has their own dining and activity areas. Washrooms provided near the eating rooms as well in the private and semi private resident rooms. The building itself has 2 floors above grade and a basement. And elevator. On site kitchen. From my brief visit this is a nice place with recent upgrades.

Staff are kind, patient, attentive, respectful. Facility us well run and clean. Bright and nicely decorated. Understaffed as all LTC places are, but the best place I know of for my Mom to live. Glad she is there.

So Happy that my dad got in here! This place is everything you could wish for and more. They spoil your loved ones there and totally 100% make sure they are doing great all the time. Super nice, super clean. Nothing remotely bad I can say about this place at all. We love it and so does my dad. Everytime we go everyone staff and inmates lol alike are always smiling and saying hi. I can carry on forever about the awesomeness Ive seen there, but will just say that my dad says there is no comparison to the last place which was scarborough centenary and I agree big time. Centenary is the opposite of this place and wouldnt wish that place on anyone. Thank you John m Parrott centre for taking such good care of my daddy my childrens papa, we love yous to pieces and are very thankful a place as perfect as yours exists. Ty to all the staff for being such great people and taking the best care of our loved ones. I dont worry about my dad there at all and we make a point to thank you guys everytime we are there. My dad enjoys the concerts very much, that fact that he and his room is always cleaned, I mean you guys even took him out xmas shopping! How cool is that! He had such a great time that as soon as he got back he told me all about it. They actually managed to get a caregiver for every single person and my dad got to go off and do his own shopping for the first time in 2 years. Thank you so much again for everything xoxo
