I give this a bad review for one reason and it's the man that works day shift. He is in the wrong profession. We call there to get a hold of a friend that does not have any other phone and he is BEYOND rude. He has never once let us talk to the person we are calling. He is ALWAYS too busy. I can understand that sometimes people are busy and cant bring residence the phone but every time we have called and he has answered we have not been able to get through. For that guy one day he may need a retirement home and i wonder how he would feel if he never receives calls from family members. Get rid of that guy he is in the wrong profession. I certainly hope he doesnt deal with the residents the way he treats people calling

I never thought my Mom would adjust, but she did, very quickly. They are so accommodating and it's like a hotel. Not institutional and very clean. All services included and amazing rates. Very easy to get around inside. Very caring people running this home. Some have been there for years. Our whole family is so relieved to have a safe and secure place for Mom.
