Would like to know if an NPS survey (rating 1 to 10) or something similar is provided the tenants to determine level of customer satisfaction regarding meals being provided. Maybe a quarterly survey would be best timing wise. Just a suggestion, Thanks Mike

This place is nuts with lunatic employees! AT walmart yesterday Lisa Clarke was on a shopping excursion with a resident in a wheel chair and started giving the finger to another lady then Lisa started calling her nasty valger names and attacked the women they faught in the store rolling around on the ground for awhile until it was broken up with a code yellow ..the one lady walked away while Lisa stood still screaming! Is this normal behaviour for staff while out In the community? Totally disgusting! Glad we didn't!! put my nana here! Be careful people who knows what goes on behind closed doors if this is happening in public.....out of control employees with anger issues!!!!

I have just moved my mother out of Cedarvale assisted living . The amount of dead bugs covering her carpet was disgusting! They fumigated ages ago but never cleaned up after . I had to clean her furniture before moving it into her new place as it was also disgustingly filthy . The ceiling in the hallways are cracked and falling apart from a roof leak from who knows when . There is no accountability for some extremely rude and lazy staff members , one in particular. I could go on but I won't. Yes I have pictures for proof in case you want to rebut my comments .
