this place is terrible. They treat their staff in the most disgusting manner and fire the most caring staff because they disagree with the way they are being treated. Would never send my family here. They should learn to treat the people who work here with respect and they should be ashamed for the way they run this place. Everyone needs a job to live and Cassellholme simply does not care about the wellbeing and lives of others, just keeping their good standing with the MOHLTC. Disgusting.

My girlfriend is constantly coming home crying after work. I'd say this is a terrible place to work and I'm sure it also affects the residents. Sounds to me like the workplace is full of liars and bullies and management seems uninterested to do anything. When the time comes to put my parents in a caring home this would be the last place I ever go.

Horrible place for nurses to work. The Director is a bully and mean-spirited. If you want to be harassed and intimidated then by all means work at Cassellholme.
