This is about a supervisor in the London office jannet mundt she is always pulling the scare tactic on the psw's playing the power trip with them if they don't do as she tells them it's getting to be so bad that workers are leaving like hot cakes and client's are switching to other homecare as this supervisor is ignoring psw's reports about abuse from other clients with psw's cause this supervisor likes the psw's as they do what she tells them also a client has been telling psw's how a psw went into her home gave a sob cry how she can't afford a trip out of the country so the client gave this psw a ton of money for her and her daughter to go on this trip when the psw got back she was to pay this client back and told the client she was not paying it back so the clients husband called jannet told her and all jannet did was pull this female psw from the clients home and did nothing more this worker has been stealing from clients for years and this supervisor let's her away with it Why cause this psw does what she is told this is so wrong in all ways we are here to protect and take care of the clients not steal and use them saint elizabeth is starting to be just a shopping area in clients homes not a place that provides care alot of amazing psw's are leaving due to this favoritism game this supervisor plays we are all sick of it and alot of client's have talked about going to the news about all the issues they have with Saint Elizabeth and supervisor

Showing up late or not at all for scheduled appointments. Very disappointing to say the least.

Their front line workers and nurses are amazing! However, office staff are rude and treat their clients like garbage. Never try to seek any help from Renee, Pam and Wendy. I did and they made me feel very bad. Many of their wonderful workers and clients left that place because of the way these people treated them. Management is very supportive of their office staff but does not do a single thing to help their clients and workers.
