my wife needed home care for a needle everyday for a blood clot,we had 1 great nurse for 2 days and then the management said Cheryl could come to the clinic for her shots, she can't freaking walk ,but they don't care ,they said they made a 84 year old patient come down so Cheryl should be able to do it. What kind of idiots make a sick 84 yr old come to the clinic. They are rude ,unprofessional and don't have the brains to work there. If anything happens my lawyer is on notice

Have been dealing with these incompetent people for the past 3 months. The agreement was that someone help my mother, who has dementia, EVERY day with basic support such as bathing, taking out the garbage, and tidying her apartment. Also, she needs someone to monitor her while she takes her medication, which is dispensed every morning at the same time by a machine. It's been the worst experience I have had by far with any company. They do not do the majority of what was in the agreement, and when I call to speak with someone to ask why nothing is being done, or why they don't even show up when they are supposed to, I either get a voicemail of a random person who knows nothing about the situation, or the supervisor doesn't bother to call back. They don't seem to know how to reply to emails either. Now trying to have SW LHIN arrange for another organization to assist her. I give up with these idiots.

I'm not sure anyone at this place actually made it through basics in med school. Despite being referred for in homecare I was asked to come in. (Then, unsurprisingly, my BP dropped and everyone was surprised as they sent me out to the ER.) When I DID manage to get a nurse to the house, he was chewing gum, had apparently spent an hour trying to find my file, and apparently missed "Bring your own sterile equipment day", asking my bf for scissors, a pen & paper. He sterilized the scissor blades, but not the handle & proceeded to cut some of my dressings off. He didn't mind touching non-sterile things with said same gloves. He spared not a thought for privacy, and several times spoke to my bf instead of me as if I wasn't there.

Not sure if they realize people are dealing with cancer when they call for appointments with their nurses. Impossible to get a hold with and absolutely no sense of urgency. Wouldn't recommend dealing with them for anything. Client service doesn't exist!

Overall very unhappy. Not enough workers. So many missed visits. Today I have been alone since 2. Next psw at 9. Someone called in sick. Not enough dedicated workers. So we starve and are left waiting to use bathroom. Not acceptable. Next complaint straight to government!
