It has been my pleasure to work with Home Instead for the past nine years. In fact, I was the first hire for James and Victoria in London, Ontario. In that time, I have found them to be very compassionate not only towards their clients but their caregivers as well. Staff are treated with respect. James and Victoria really do care about the well being of their staff along with that of their clients. The entire office staff is always there to assist Caregivers with situations that arise with clients – to offer advice, direction and solutions. This is appreciated by the caregivers as we do not always have the answer ourselves. Knowing that there is a wealth of expertise available to us is very reassuring to Caregivers and enables us to do the best we can for our clients. They appreciate our efforts and make accommodations for our schedule whenever possible, which also adds to the benefits of working with Home Instead. Home Instead is also very involved with the community at large. They are instrumental in assuring that Seniors are remembered each year with gifts at Christmas time throughout the entire community – not just their clients. Yours Truly, Mary Clarkson

Home Instead Senior care has been absolutely wonderful. From prompt professional response to the first inquiry to matching my senior to a excellent care giver! The staff at Home Instead have been very patient and helpful through the multiple issues that have arisen. We are very great full for their continued service!

Our elderly neighbour lost his wife and was having difficulty caring for himself. We had heard of a company called Home Instead Senior Care that would help Mr. Mills enjoy staying in the home he loved. The ladies that came were all so caring and helpful. John enjoyed their company and the food they prepared. His laundry was done, folded and put away. The floors were vacuumed or washed - bathrooms were cleaned and he was so happy when they'd sit for a while and talk with him. On warm summer days, you could see John and his caregiver enjoying a cold drink outside near his driveway where he liked to sit. He was able to stay in his house for many years thanks to the care given by Home Instead.

Home Instead provided great care for my Grandma! They provided excellent companionship, took her on errands and helped her managed her home. Their caregivers are dedicated, kind and go above and beyond. As a company, they focus on going the extra mile and provided the best service to allow my Grandma to stay in her home as long as possible. We really appreciate all of their hard work!

My family and I contracted Home Instead to provide additional care and companionship for my mother when she was in Long Term Care. I was extremely happy with the service as we retained the same caregiver for over three years. The care my mother received was exemplary and she called the caregiver "her good friend". The caregiver was a tremendous support to my mother and to me and my family as the caregiver was a scheduled companion for my mom which allowed for my mother to enjoy additional activities in the LTC home which she would not have been able to access without the caregiver. Home Instead is a worthy recipient of the Integrity Award for 2018.
