Unethical, they’re not allowing family in to see their loved ones , completely blocked phone calls from one residents husband, LTC won’t let the husband zoom call his wife that is the resident . They also blocked husbands emails . Absolutely ridiculous, uncaring , unprofessional. I wouldn’t dare place my parents in this LTC home . So much for empathy from nurses that are supposedly caring . I hope the law steps in to investigate what is going on in this LTC home .

What I have seen today on live from your nursing home is a shame. How can you have a joyful heart treating your patients worse than in a jail. Let their loved ones in to visit without any restrictions. These people you treat are the ones who stood up for your freedom. Do not forget. Please do not hesitate and listen to your heart. Who cares if you loose your job, it's more important to stand up for these seniors and another door will open up for your career. God is great and I seriously hope he will open your hearts and let the love in.

Place is good to work but staff is horrible.Management is worse ,too much gossip and rumours. Hiding in their office and comes for fashion show.RPN ( Chinese) acts like she is cleanest women, pretends others are dirty, have no respect how to talk to others. Management see these kind of people ‘s behaviour and must fired out .Reception people don’t know how to smile.Few nurses are nice ,some just come their to gossip and running around management for all attention.PSW are nice , helped me a lot but elderly staff too much bossy.Management should be changed and hires hard working youth . All the time short staff , staffing doesn’t know anything, moving staff around without any knowledge or permission.Talks so rudely.God saves this place.
