Highest compliments to the hard working, caring and compassionate staff at Heritage Manor. We moved my mother-in-law to a lovely room there last October and she has been happy there over the winter. They have had effective Covid protocols in place to keep residents safe. The residence is a clean, well appointed home with good food and lots of activities and entertainment for the people living there. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Heritage Manor to anyone looking for a supportive living environment for an aging parent.

I had an interview today with two managers. I’m not happy whatsoever with my experience. I used to work for Chartwell and they treat employees very poorly. Plus management needs to be more concerned about that. They seemed elusive and distant which did not affect me. I’m hoping for a better environment there for future employment opportunities. My suggestion would be to not bother applying for anything at this company. There are other places where you would be more appreciated and feel welcome.

We contacted Chartwell Pembroke Heritage, in looking for support for a loved family member who was in hospital. An assessment was done quickly and with care. Although placement was not needed due to declining health, Chartwell Pembroke Heritage staff were amazing and supportive to deal with. Thank you.

I have had the pleasure of working very closely with Holly (General Manager) and Billy (Retirement Living Consultant). They are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their kindness, professionalism and dedication to their team is admirable. They truly spend each day with a focus to "make peoples lives better". Their hearts and passion for their roles shine through on a daily basis. Partnering as sister sites, I have been able to witness all of these qualities first hand. Thank you for making CPH a wonderful place to work and live and a wonderful residents to partner with. The whole management team and front line team at CPH is truly remarkable - thank you for all that you do for us! It is truly inspiring.

Finding a suitable home and care for our Mother was an important decision to be made. This decision was made by my Mother with ease due to the personable meeting with Billy Tippett who took the time to get to know my Mother's likes and dislikes. Billy went above and beyond to work with my Mother's needs to make this a smooth transition for our Family. We Thank you! Ashley Wren was also there to answer questions regarding her care and making any transition medically happen immediately. All staff very pleasant and eager to help in any way. Marcela always very cheerful and eager to go out of her way to ensure everyone is tended to. Would definitely recommend Chartwell Pembroke Heritage to any Family looking for a place to call home for the most important people in our lives.
