I find the staff of Pinewood to be professional and courteous. The management, under the new GM Terri Soukup, takes great pride in the well being of residents and is there 24 hours a day to meet their needs. Terri provides a strong client-centered approach and the residence is well maintained, clean and comfortable. A very friendly and community focused environment!

A small, intimate, and loving home with amazing residents and staff. There’s always activities, events, and outings for residents and the small home setting allows for one on one care and conversation with everyone who calls Pinewood home. The location is great for active seniors!

My parents have been residents for 3 years and I am well pleased with the care and attention they receive. It is a great community atmosphere. Staff are very good and go out of their way to make all feel at home. I can vouch for the meals as I have had the pleasure of joining Mom & Dad for lunch on many occasions.

Chartwell Pinewood is a beautiful residence for retirees. Sarah (the GM) showed my mom and I the facilities. She was very professional, and her caring for the residents was evident with her excellent mannerisms as she consistently reached out to all. Overall, it was very clean and nicely laid out, with a refreshing decor and obvious attention to Covid protocols. Both options of the guest suites (great for those who are transitioning to senior living) and the spacious permanent suites are wonderfully decorated. My mom was especially happy with the one floor layout, having no stairs or elevators to navigate. Parking was spacious and easy. There are peaceful views in all rooms, and those on the inner part of the hallways have a view to the pretty outdoor courtyard. The list of activities was posted, and it appears that the residents quite enjoy the options! I highly recommend Chartwell Pinewood as an option for those looking to receive support in retirement living. Allison Deakin

Stefanie and the staff at Pinewood have been awesome! When our mom had to move into the residence a year ago, we couldn't have imagined the quality of care being as great as it is. She's treated like Our Mom, as an individual with her own character, history, and future. My heart has been at ease these last few months knowing how well looked after she is. Thanks Stefanie and crew!
