Please do not put your family in this facility. It should be closed down quite honestly. This place is absolutely unfit to have anyone in their care. I also encourage families who do have a loved one here to take them out of here immediately.

If you have a family member here, get them out! This place has several violations against it and is under inspection of the RHRA. The founder David Leo is non-compliant of the rules and regulations of the RHRA as well as the Ontario Labour Relations Board. The Fire Department has issued violations as well. MPP Todd Smith has been contacted with no concern regarding the matter and local media as well. Hard to understand how this man is allowed to keep doing what he's doing and abusing these residents and staff. They have even been put in situations where there has not been enough food for them, all while he has not paid staff for weeks, or bills or property taxes. No food delivery service or garbage removal because of unpaid bills. This place is disgusting, filthy and rodent ridden. Several complaints have already been made, but apparently more need to be. All staff walked out at the end of May and new staff are not trained or qualified. The residents that are still stuck there deserve better than this. David Leo should at least be fined if not jailed. He should be ashamed to show his face. David Leo has also had the Green Life website removed so you can't look up any information about him or leave a review. There is also a residence in Whitby and Oshawa. Bob Liu is co-founder.

This place is being torn down thankfully...you walk in and all you can smell is mould and the place is also a complete fire hazard...I give it ZERO stars and the owners Bob and Dave haven't even paid employees past or present what is owed to them

I say to the last reviewer, if it is true, its your family that is to blame. That's along time to put up with so called abuse on a family. Member.. Im a psw in another facility, my mom is at this one, she loves it and so does her family, Food and staff r amazing with her.. and breaking ground on new facility..way to go !!

Severely under staffed, staff that work there are preforming controlled acts that they are not qualified for. facility is run down. Director of care is rude. Food is hit or miss. Residents are treated terribly, no quality care. Residents are just there to pay the bills. If you hate your family member, want them to be treated badly, or just want to dump them in a home and walk away. this is the place for them.
