My dad was at Queens Village for 4 years, the staff there treated my dad like he was family till the end. I would recommend the Village to anyone after watching them take care of him. I’m so happy we picked the Village!

The staff are great and offer an experience unparalleled anywhere in London for both family and residents.

Back when my Grandmother was first rehomed to Queens Village, I came into town to make sure she was in good hands. Seeing the way the layout for dementia patients was layed out thoroughly impressed me, as it keeps them safe and secure on their main floor. There's plenty of games and activities for the residents, and the staff are wonderfully empathetic towards their clients. I know my Grandmother is in good hands here. And at the end of the day, that's what matters most.
