I feel that this home has dedicated staff with low turnover. Patients are well cared for here.

My mother has been in this home for almost 4 years now. We have been very lucky with the PSWs we have had taking care of my mom. I go every day and have seen many things! Believe me, from what I can see, many (not all) of these PSWs are not paid enough! They really do care. I am thankful for all their care.

The PSW's and nurses on the 4th floor, as that is where my mom lives, are Angels. The love and care they bestow upon my Mom is beyond what I ever expected. When my father was also there, it was the same for him. Even though mom has dementia/alzheimers, the way she reacts with happiness when any of the staff speak to her tells me all I need to know. And its not for show when I am there. In the moments of lucidity, she tells me. The activity staff are amazing and wonderful and also so caring. The administrative side has been turbulent with much turnover which has been a struggle, but hopefully the recent changes will bring calm to this as well. The current business manager is a pleasure to work with. Its an older place, but there is no shortage of things to do and has a most beautiful garden.

There are better, there are worse... Best of luck to all who are there.
