My father in law has been here for 2 years and the staff in ward 2A are the absolute best! Very genuine and caring and keep us informed of any issues. He's not doing well right now so we are there daily and they prepped his room with coffee and cookies and even a fan as it is a little warm in there. You couldn't find a better place. He's been in 2 other homes and this is by far the best!

My father, who has been a resident of Norfinch care Community for the past few years, had to enter into palliative care there recently. Our entire family is so appreciative of all the compassionate care he received. My father's passing was long and heartbreaking for us, but with the support and compassion of the staff on second floor, he passed with dignity. During our time there (on a daily basis for hours) we witnessed all the duties of the staff and how hard they worked non stop caring for each and every resident. Definitely not an easy job for so few to care for so many. Our greatest respect and appreciation for those caregivers that worked so hard to make our father's environment "HOME" during his entire stay there.

I have a relative in this long term care home, for the past 3 years now. I have always had positive experiences with all of the staff. They have been friendly, responsive and ready to help when asked to do so. The care they give has been top notch and I appreciate them, every day!

I've had some great experiences with the front line nursing and PSW staff. Some are very dedicated and passionate about their work. However, on site senior management is not to be trusted. Be very weary in dealings with this team and document every single conversation. They are not upfront, they are not transparent and are not always truthful. Staffing levels are also a concern - the wards are not consistently well staffed. Again, a lot of the front line staff who are there have been fantastic.
